Biography

With over 4 years of experience in providing clients with excellent services in both litigation and collaborative alternatives, Mallory brings empathy, compassion, professionalism, and advocacy to her practice of law. 

 

Prior to joining the firm, Mallory practiced insurance defense litigation in Nashville, focusing on medical malpractice and other healthcare liability matters. Mallory also worked as an associate for a domestic relations law firm in Washington. D.C., which focused on complex divorce litigation. In addition, she previously worked as a paralegal at a criminal defense firm and has also worked as a law clerk in Uppsala, Sweden at a human rights law firm.

 

Mallory received her Juris Doctor from The George Washington University Law School with a concentration in Family Law and Estate Planning. She was active in her student body, serving as the Vice President of the Criminal Law Society. She also participated in the Domestic Violence Clinic, which provides survivors of domestic violence with direct representation as well as legal and extra-legal support. Mallory earned her Bachelor of Arts, magna cum laude, in Criminal Justice, Law and Society from The George Washington University.

 

Mallory grew up in San Diego, California, and prioritizes traveling to new parts of the world whenever possible. In her spare time, Mallory enjoys live music, photography, art, museums, and antiquing.
